    "WORLD WAR II FRONT LINE NURSES" is the personal memoir of the author, Lt Mildred MacGregor, who was in the U.S. Army's Nurse Corps' 3rd Auxiliary Surgical Group. She was near Omaha Beach in France soon after D-Day tending to hundreds of injured troops. She was in Belgium and Germany setting up near Aachen in the fall of 1944. In Germany, she experienced Buzz Bombs and the death of a fellow nurse when injured came in by the truckload during an attack. She was a;lso at the liberation of the German Concentration camp at Buchenwald. A VERY MESMERIZING READ!
