Tiffany Favrile / Studios Art Glass Vase In Bronze Base 17.5" Nouveau No Reserve

A n impressive Art Glass vase in a bronze Tiffany Studios pineapple holder. The glass is not marked. As you can see there is a bronze cap on the bottom where a piece would be signed. I am not sure why made this way. Perhaps because of the size and shape of the glass to make sure it doesn't torque on the bottom? or a repair?
In any case, the glass looks right to me. If it's not Tiffany, and I suspect it is, it is likely Steuben or Quezal, I make this judgement on 20+ years of being interested in studying glass.
Dimensions: 17.5" tall by 4.75" across the top and 5" across the base of the bronze
