Canon built great Super 8 cameras, and this is one of them.
This Canon has a very quick f/1.4 Zoom Lens.

Outer barrel of lens has a ding (can be seen in last photo). It does not prevent the lens shade/filter holder combo from being used. More filters are available on e-bay like the one included.
F-stop scale in viewfinder is hard to see, (viewing image of what you're filming is fine). So the f-stop scale to set the aperture manually is tough to see. However, shooting on auto exposure works well.
I will include new batteries for both the camera motor and auto exposure system.
Please be aware, there are sellers on e-bay who are including the wrong exposure meter batteries with their cameras. On the auto exposure setting, this will make your footage come out overexposed. I supply the correct batteries for the camera so the exposure will come out correctly and you'll know which ones to buy in the future.
The camera comes with the
Canon Lens Shade/Filter Holder Combo, ND Filter
(for use when you want a shallower depth of field (blurred background) or if filming outdoors with a higher speed film
)
and a copy of the
Factory Instructions.
Also included is an expired roll of Kodachrome film. Too old to use I would imagine, but included.
The camera is ready to create your masterpiece... just add readily available color or black and white Super-8 film.
