    Description

Technics SL-3300 Turntable, Shure SC35 Cart, NOS Stylus. Condition is "Used".
Here’s another nice Model SL-3300…direct drive and fully automatic operation. On board is a Shure SC35C cartridge with a new old stock stylus. This combination sounds surprisingly good...please don’t discount the sound of this conical tip—I was pleasantly surprised at the nice sound. I completely disassembled this machine and did a meticulous deep cleaning...removed/replaced all lubricants.. added fresh dampening oil ... cleaned the pots and switches..:lubricated the spindle..and sound/functions tested this for at least an hour or two. All functions work as designed..speeds dial in nicely. Condition:: ..the base has a few edge chips otherwise very nice(see pics)...the platter has substantial oxidation.. the mat is soft and pliable...the stylus is new ..the cover is ok ….it has surface swirling and scratches—no cracks—both hinge tabs are intact(see pic showing deeper scratches over the headshell).....mechanically it’s very sound. Smooth operation...quality cartridge...built Technics tough.
I will ship utilizing FedEx to any of the contiguous 48 states. I pack with great care and fully insure for shipping. I use double walled heavy duty boxes reinforced with foam board in the corners. Believe me when I say I Don’t want transit damage more than you don’t. Due to the age of this device and the uncertain nature of vintage electronics this device is being sold AS IS with no returns. This is NOT a new machine...as such, it does not come with any guarantee implied or written.
This machine will come partially disassembled. You will need to mount the platter—and the drive belt in belt drive machines—the counterweight..and in some cases the anti-skate weight. DO NOT operate the machine without first properly balancing and setting the appropriate tracking weight. If you do not know how to do this there are tutorials available on YouTube, or you can call me and I’ll walk you through it.
I appreciate your interest...and VINYL ON!!!!
