It is in EXCELLENT Condition Mechanically.
The Cosmetics are very good with minor marring and paint ships from handling.
This  Legacy Hollywood Newsreel Production Camera was manufactured from the early 1930's thru the Second World War.
It found  a healthy market in the Theatrical Newsreel, Educational,
Industrial, Military and Commercial fields.
It would also have been useful for Special Effects.
As for a Display piece is speaks for itself!
