These G.I. military pant liners are designed to be worn under cold weather trousers to provide protection at mean monthly temperatures of plus 14 degrees Fahrenheit (minus 10 degrees Celsius) to plus 68 degrees Fahrenheit (plus 20 degrees Celsius). They provide extra warmth for tactical operations, or for civilian use during hunting season or other winter activities.?
